What a swell party this is

Happy New Year all! I can barely believe we are now into 2012! I hope you all had a fabulous NYE. Mine are now a little more sedate now that I am a more mature vintage, however with good friends around me, a view of the Auckland skyline and a bottle of Grey Goose Pear Vodka it was perfectly sublime! Plain White Tees

There's nothing better than a great white T.shirt. It is the quintessential rock chick/model off duty/easy cool look. As Nina Garcia says, you can’t make a fashion must-have list without one! White Tees are so versatile - get the right cut for your shape and you can dress it up or down. I like them with jeans and a black waistcoat on top, a la Erin Wasson or Kate Moss, ripped up and punk or glammed up with a tuxedo jacket & pants or a sequined mini. But, it has to be that perfect cut. For my shape (being broad shouldered, long body and small waist) the best white Tee is fitted, soft cotton, long length low cut v-neck with capped sleeves - harder to find than you may think! Most Tees I find are high neck scooped, is to find a good, flattering plunging V is a winner.
